I PASSED MY TEST! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I did! I past my Real Estate exam! Really!

I know!

I am as surprised as you are!

I studied like crazy for about a month. I did. I printed off about 2,000 questions. I am not exaggerating. The study disk had 3000 questions on it but I got board way before printing out 2000 questions and really, isn't that enough? So I studied anywhere from 50 to 200 questions a day for about a month straight.

So I really felt confident taking only 150 questions at the exam.

Then I get there.

Everyone and I do mean everyone I talked to had taken the test at least once. One young man had taken it 4 times. As depressing as that all was I think that it relaxed me a little. I thought, no big deal. I'll take it again. I'll do the best I can and not sweat this.

Then I take the test.

The first 2 pages were a blank for me. I did not know the answers at all. But after that I felt that I breezed through about 50% of the questions. The test was not all that hard or tricky. Some questions I just forgot the answers to. There was so much to learn and I just couldn't remember it all. Some I hadn't even heard of before and some just didn't belong on the test. One question had to do with effeciency ratings and BTU's. Like I need to know that to fill out a contract or sell a house.

So I didn't think I passed. At all. My test result were do online Thursday. Thursday I was busy and Friday was pharmaceutical day, so yesterday, Saturday, BH asked if I gotten my results yet. He then thinks it will be fun to check. So he does. I don't even go into the office with him. I know I won't pass and I don't really care all that much. He comes back with a smile and tells me I passed.

"No I didn't." I still don't budge from the couch.

"Yes you did." Still grinning

"Stop it, I did not." I am not falling for this no matter how cute he looks right now.

"Come see."

"No and it's not funny."

"Really, you passed, come see."

And I sit at the computer and see, "Congratulations, you passed" I look carefully over the web site. It has my name on it. I passed.

WOW!

I PASSED!

I do a little victory dance and sing a "I passed my test" song.

Tests, tests and more tests

I had my medical tests yesterday, I'll have to share that later.

Today I have my Real Etstate License exam. It will be at the Anaheim convention center at 1:30. So, I'm off to shower up and study until it's time to go.

Happy Tuesday!

It is not a happy Tuesday but I need to psych myself up for the next couple weeks.

It's not an unhappy Tuesday for any real reason. I've just got a lot of things happening.

I was off work yesterday. HAPPY CANADIAN THANSGIVING EVERYONE!

I work today and I've got lots do do and one day to do it in. Tomorrow I go to the doctor for all the presurgery stuff. Thursday I am taking my Real Estate license exam.

So I studied my butt off this weekend. (I should be able to fit in 'those jeans' by the end of the week)

Friday I'll work again. I need to put Tom and Mo Slowski to bed. It's getting cold and they are slowing down. Then I think I'll bring Maya B to my home. To live! With us!

No, not Frank the pug darn it. He's a daddy's boy and it wouldn't be right to take him.

Maya B is a Chihuahua mix that I rescued. I really don't know what she is and no one seems to have an answer. I only have one pic of her. She moves an awful lot and it's hard to get a good picture of her. She is not a camera hound like Frank who will stop and wait for the shutter noise before he moves again.















This is the best I can do right now.

Bringing her here will be interesting. I've some things to get before I can bring her. Little things like food. I need to replace all her toys as they may not get to come with her. She'll need a new blanket. Again because I don't know what I'll be allowed to bring. I hope that I'll get to keep her kennel and harness and leash. If not I'll need to get new ones. She needs to be groomed as no one has done anything with her. It's a little cold here so I'll get her a new sweater. I had made some but I don't know where they are anymore and all my patterns have mysteriously disappeared.

OK, I'm off to get ready for work.
