Dear Walmart,
I love you, I do, but I have to say I'm a little miffed with you at the moment. You see, this rearranging of your entire store, is seriously cramping my style. SERIOUSLY!! Why, you ask? Well because, I had the entire store memorized. Oh yes I did! I could walk into the store with a list as long as my arm and get everything on it in a matter of minutes.
And now? All that has changed. Now I am wandering aimlessly through the isles, looking for a familiar landmark. And, may I ask, where are all the 'associates'? It would be helpful for your customers to have someone guiding them to the proper place so they could actually buy the thing they want. Have you noticed all your customers? No? You should be paying attention because we are running in to each other because we are constantly looking over at the next isle, hoping to see something familiar. We're even asking each other, 'do you know where this is?' and hearing, 'I think I saw those over there'. I did eventually find an 'associate' and asked where the scented room oils were, she looked at me with a blank stare. 'I don't know dear, I've been gone for a week and now I don't know where anything is either.' Nice! 'Well they keep them with the candles, usually.' 'Oh yes! Candles! I do know where the candles are.' After trucking to the complete opposite of the store we do find the candles, but the scented oils, no. And why are the silk flowers on one end of the store and dried flowers on the other? Why? Don't you want to keep all that stuff together? In the same place? Apparently not as they are now in two new locations so I'm assuming that is where they will stay when the dust settles.
One happy thing is the fabrics are back. I KNOW!! HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!! I ran into the fabrics once on my many treks through the store. Normally I would stop and take a peak at the fabrics, you know, just for fun, but not this day. Fabrics were not on my list and I was afraid I'd never finish my list. Hopefully I'll be able to find the fabric again when I need to. (or want to)
But in the mean time, PLEASE, Walmart, get your shit together!
