Whilst in AZ we always go antiquing. Sometimes mom comes with us as she did this time. I found treasures galore! Wanna see?

A spool thread holder, $7, 2 rusty cast iron corn pans, $5.

I thought they were in excellent shape. I do need to get the rust off and reseason. I plan on using them for sure.

This pic shows the rusting better. It's going to need a lot more work. I'll get to it. But not this month.

Another look at the spool holder.

Pyrex! Many pyrex treasures for me. This beautiful casserole with lid.

A 1 1/2 qt. olive casserole with lid on a yellow 8x8 pan. This is gonna be the new brownie pan! YEEEEAAHH!

Another 1 1/2 qt casserole with lid. These two little casseroles are the perfect size for dumping in leftovers for the next meal. You can heat it in the oven or, my personal fav, the MICROWAVE OVEN! (Oh these are glorious times we live in) This lid has an olive design on it. I should take a better picture of that. And an olive 13x9x? pan. I'm thinking green been casserole next T-day.

This is rather hard to see. It's a rusty metal leaf. Thick, cast Iron I would think. That rusty blotch down toward left is a raised snail. This is so so cute. $5!!! I thought I'd give it to my BFF for her lovely garden. However BH is eyeing it telling me how much he likes it. I may not be able to part with it either. We'll see.

MARTHA STEWART CHRISTMAS BOOK!!! Can you believe it!? I had wanted this book years ago and don't remember why I didn't buy it then. $10.00!!! Look how young she is! And the book is just as wonderful as I thought'd be.

These are Christmas balls that mom didn't want. There's nothing special here. They're not vintage and they are in perfect shape! I smelled the potential in these small shiny balls. I don't know how I'll use them. I'll keep you informed.

Great finds! Those pyrex dishes are terrific!
Same coloured balls look nice in a bowl or vase with a bit of greenery and a festive bow.
