Happy Birthday to me!

Happy Birthday to me
I live in a tree

I'm too lazy to finish the rest of that.

Birthday presents so far

1. A happy birthday greeting from BH. Since he is always the first to see me each day I wonder if this is fair. Nevertheless.
2. A happy birthday greeting from youngest. And he bought me the 'Heros' season one. I had asked for Shamwows. You know, 'Billy Mays here!' Actually Billy does not advertise these. He has the imitation kind. Shamwows are the original. The come from Germany. As does my daddy. So they gotta be the best ones. Right? Anyway, he, youngest, saw Heros in my netflix que. I've never seen it and have no idea what it's about.

It's the thought that counts.

Middle left me a note. It says,

HAPPY B-DAY MOM
I (heart) U
Love,
David Dunkie

When he was a baby Oldest used to call him David dunkie.

BH says, 'Who's David Durkle?' It does kind of looks like that. Even with the explanation I don't think he really got it.

Today we go to dinner with the folks. At a German club in OC. At 5. BH has to work so I am blogging happily today. I may paint my garden furniture, or at least sand it.

BH got me my phone and ear thing. Which by the way stopped working yesterday. Why? I don't know, I use it one day and it breaks. I'm annoyed. I think the battery died. But this morning, after a full nights charge, it still will not work. More annoyance. I check my phone and the darn thing needs to be re-added to my phone. Re-qued, re-connected, whatever! It may be my fault. I was fooling around yesterday with it. The phone that is. You see it was buzzing everytime I got an email. This distracts me mightily as I keep the thing in my pocket and I am easily distracted. So I set about to change that annoying feature as I am sure that can be changed. I cannot easily figure it out and call the Sprint Store Girl. She tells me how but I am on said phone and cannot be walked through it. After hanging up I still struggle to change that annoying feature, it is not as easy to change as I feel it should be and probably deleted my ear thingy in the process.

I did manage to change the ring. To one of the included freebie rings, most of which are terribly boring. The new ring? The theme song to the Sting! Lame I know. It was the least boring. I'll need to buy a new ring. This, while easily figured out by anyone over 4 years old will not be easy for me to figure out.

I'll have a son do it.

I'm thinking theme song to the Adams Family.
Or maybe Pirates of the Carribean. And I'll answer 'YO HO!'

I need to think about this more.

I have many stories to tell. Many. One in particular has me royally freaked out. I may not tell it. It's not just embarrassing. It's frightening.

And I have a mouse in the house.

ya

OK then, I'm off. To shower. Change into my grubbies and sand my little heart out.

Happy Birthday to your adorable self:)
I keep stashes of Ratak around the house at all times, in mousy places like under the stove. They may get in but they don' live long. And, they go outside to die.

Happy, Happy Birthday! I loved the first season of Heroes.

I am so incredibly dumb about cell phones. I don't even know how to text people. (I can't believe I just admitted that.)
