I know it sounds lame but I get cold in the winter. When it dips below 70* I start freezing. I usually ask for and get a new pair of slippers for Christmas. The boys have a great time looking for fun slippers for me. A few years ago I got frog slippers. When you pushed his eye he croaked. One year I got Grinch slippers. Frank took care of those for me.
But last year for Christmas my boys got me these Ugg type boots. At first I didn't know if I'd like them. The seemed so big and bulky. I have big feet so large shoes are, well, large and sometimes heavy. I tried them on and fell in love. They are soft, warm and really not that bulky. Toasty toes!
They are great for cruising around the property. I've worn them in public several times on 'kickin it' days. I've even slept in them. A little slice of heaven I tell you.
Ain't they grand?
They almost come up to my knees.
Yes that is my kitchen table. We hardly eat there. Don't tell BH, ok?
