Yesterday I sure felt awful. Could have been my UTI, yes, could have also been the patch. I noticed in the booklet that you can feel dizzy, nauseous etc. So, maybe I started with too high a number. So, today, I cut the thing in 1/2. Yes I do know you are not suppose to but I have 13 more patches. You can't return them and they are not exactly cheep. So there's that. Today I wore short sleeves so no prob in hiding the uglything.

Today I feel fine. Really good infact. I drove to the OC to get my hair done. I always smoke in the car. Always. Before I leave the drive, it's lit. I chain smoke in the car though nowhere else. I thought it would be a prob. It really wasn't. Even with 1/2 a patch. I have noticed that the mind is still addicted. It still says, ok, in the car now, where's the smoke. And after dinner, the mind says, time to smoke. I don't feel the physical crave but the mind knows something is missing.

Hair report. I hate my hair. Well that is not exactly true. I have wonderful hair but I get bored with it. So today I asked my hair lady, which is also my sister in law to do something different. She did. It is shorter and hopefully I'll be able to recreate her masterpiece tomorrow after I wash it.

Tonight is Thursty Thursday at the Storm. Our local base ball team is called the Storm and on Thursdays it's buck a beer. BH wants to go. I think it has cooled off a few degrees so it should be ok. Also I'm feeling like I could have a beer or two. Sounds like a plan.

I almost forgot show and tell. I did forget to take my picuture last night but I'll just tell you. It looks like the sugar containers you see on the restaurant tables. Yep, the boring glass container with the metal lid with the flappy thing to get your sugar out. It's BH's and I will pick up a new one when I find one I can't live without.
