Adding a photo problem

Why? I don't know. I hit the image button and whala, nothing. I do get a message about popup blocker. I suspect that is it. My virus program is outdated and won't let me change settings. I am furriously trying to figure this monkey out.

I did manage to post a picture from another computer. So that means there is something wrong with some settings on my personal computer.

This is a St. Patty's Day pug that I stole I mean lifted or rather borrowed from another site.



Now that I sort of know the problem I am somewhat happy.
