I did not wear a patch today and my cravings are not any worse really. Actually I think I feel better without it. I am keeping the nic gum handy but I admit I'm a little afraid to use it. Have you read the directions for that stuff? You should, it's a little scary.

Shit. Wonderful word. It's a noun, verb and exclamation. I don't really cuss all that much. I tend to be more sarcastic. I'm gifted really. It is much more fun for me to say something horrible in a nice way. Those that know me well will say 'don't start' and those that don't kind of scratch their heads and wonder.

BH loves to say fuck. Also can be used as a noun, verb and exclamation. Says it all the time and I think it is hysterical. Even when he is mad I just want to giggle.

I am always up way before I need to be.
