New Car for me!

Me thinks this will be the last of my Easter Photos
Because. . . Well I tire of it. On to something new. Like my new car, my birthday.
So, I got a new car this weekend. Not a new, new car but new for me. It is a 2000 Toyota Camry and it is blue, like a blue grey, very pretty. Interior, same color. I need to get seat covers, steering wheel covers, new floor mats. It is in very decent shape. Lot of miles but we know the original owner and they took fine care of the car. Not to worry, it is only temporary till I can get my bright red Mini Cooper. Or bright red mini coffin as my Big Hunk likes to say.
Now what I had/still have is a Mazda MPV van. The air has been broken for 2 summers in a row. Not good considering our near hell tempetures. To make matters worse the passenger window does not roll down. Basically it is an oven. Once I reached for some bottled water that I had in the van and it was so hot I couldn't drink it. Seriously it was hot enough to make tea.
I will not be back here till Friday. Sorry to disappoint ya-all. It is my birthday this week and I am going away. Not to far but far away from this computer. When I come back I'll have lots of birthday photos and pics of my new car.
BUTCH UPDATE
Butch showed up last night. Had some chow. Slept in the bushes. Then split. I also saw another commercial with him in it. I know he is a very busy kitty so I was thankful he could stop in and say hello.

Butch the cat

This is Butch. Butch the cat.

He just showed up one day, looking a little ragged and meowing like a banshee. Also is ears were filthy and I think he may have mites in there. I don't have any cats so I had no cat food for him so we opened up a can of tuna and my Big Hunk gave him a dish of warm milk. A feast for a king. He was so incredibly happy and he climbed in our laps and purred and cuddled. I'm sure he is someones cat, or was. He is way to friendly. Well we live off the beaten track on 5 acres and it is quite possible someone just droped him off.

That day I ran off to buy some cat food and get some meds for his ear mites. When I got home, he was gone. Didn't see him for days. Unfortunatly there is a chance that a coyote or large bird could have gotten him. I returned the cat food and ear mite medicine. I didn't think he would return.

Well, back he comes. Hollering his lungs out. I told him how mad I was at him and how much I worried. Then I got him some more tuna and warm milk.

I thought that maybe after a full meal he would take off again but, there he was, in the morning, in a box I had outside.

Cute huh?

Of course that day we were leaving for Easter so I ran out and got him some cat food. I filled up several bowls of food and some water. When we got back from AZ he was gone again. We've been home for 2 days and we have not seen him. However our maintenance man did spot him Saturday before Easter. He said, Oh yeah, I saw the cat, Orange right? Yeah, he was here. He brought some friends with him. A grey cat and a pug.

What! A pug was here! On our property! And I missed it! Shoot!
