The hair is good. The dress isn't bad.
Again it's the eyes. Now I look all surprised or maybe shocked. Need a nap? Too much coffee? 
While I like the bangs I'm thinking the hair is a bit butchy short for me.
I do like the office scene. Here I am coming into my office while my underlings are busy working away. Why did I get my own coffee? That is so going on her job description. Also, thou shalt not wear the same color as the boss. K?
