Now this sounds good. I think I'll defiantly try this. Maybe not this year. Then again. How hard can this be? No, probably not. I really shouldn't do one more thing.
Title: Pumpkin Potatoes (Canadian)
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients
1 pumpkin; (equal parts of)
-peeled
1 potatoes; peeled
1 onion; finely chopped
1 butter
1 bacon
1 salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
The directions for this recipe are very loose; Boil together equal
parts of peeled potatoes and pumpkin. When cooked, drain them, add 1
good sized onion, finely chopped and a piece of butter. Mash all till
creamy, season to taste and serve with golden sliced of fried salt
pork or bacon.
