Yes I do know how disgusting these are and I used them and used them and used them. That floppy folded over thing is my silicone baking liners, like Silpat only not. You know they work even looking crudy and scary like this.
You'll be happy to know that I am now the proud proud very proud owner of two brand new baking sheets and one new Silpat. They didn't have two and I keep forgetting to look for another. For now, I'm good.
Now show me your baking sheets. . I dare you!

Yeah well, I'd like to show you my cookie sheets but the flash from the camera would reflect off the VERY bright surface from the lack of use!!! Happy now?
