This is my famous Christmas Biscotti.
I usually make it with pistachio and cranberries but I used almonds this time.
Glazed and ready for the oven.
Fresh from the oven all warm and tasty.
It's then sliced however thick you like it and baked again.

PS: And Normie, at my house, all good dogs get to have some biscotti with our morning coffee. They don't even have to wait till it falls on the floor.
