I happen to check my past posts, not just happen, deliberately, because I don't get a lot of comments but more than none. And what do you know? There's comments there! Yeah! So why didn't I get the email notification of such? I'm sure you don't know the answer to that but I investigated. For days. Days! I haven't' changed the settings. It still has the correct email address for the notifications. I change it. I change it again. I test it. I test it again. And again. Still nothing. I try to google it. I've done everything right. I think I'll send an email to blogger to find out what the scoop is. That is no easy task I discover and I think I'll have a better chance of communicating with aliens than finding out how to communicate to blogger.
Then today, I am expecting a bid on a very large job. Very large. I call the guy up to chew him out cause there is a time limit here and he said I'd get it yesterday.
Oh yes, I did send it yesterday. Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes it gets stuck in there.
Ah, yes. There it is. The bid AND my email notifications.
So, ha ha, I guess it wasn't broke after all.
And I am greatly relieved.

The junk folder has screwed me recently too. I was waiting for notification from Les Mills that my Pump video was accepted, and there it was in the junk folder. I think my email client likes to screw with me.
