The day before

So before the wedding there were things to do.Mother of the bride stage left, grandmother to the groom, stage right.

We had lots of chopping to do.

Sweet bride to the left, her momma to the right.

Sister to the bride and Matron of Honor.

Lots of chopping, cutting and fooling around.

These were the happy faces before the day started to unravel. We chopped all the toppings for the ice cream bar. Which was awesome! Such a great idea on a hot day. All the toppings were there. Just about every candy bar you could think of, nuts, gummy bears, Oreo's, and syrups of every persuasion.

Then we had to finish up the flowers. They were silk and not quite finished. Then we got a call that the brides dad had taken a bad fall and was headed for the hospital.

Then we found out that the woman that was sewing the flower girls dresses had broke her leg and was in the hospital. With three unfinished dresses! The day before the wedding! THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING! Why these dresses were unfinished at such a late hour, I'll never understand.

The girls ended up putting on their church dresses and all was good.

Dad of the bride, was fine. He looked fine the day of the wedding as well.
