I think this qualifies as a machine. It is kind of a cool coffee maker. You put whole beans in the top and when you turn it on they grind up and you have very fresh coffee. I like it. It makes a bit of racket when you turn it on, other than that it is great. You can also measure ground coffee and turn off the grinder. It has a clock, which we never have set, you can program it to turn on by itself, which we never do.
I did get a new stove. I should have taken a picture of the old one. It was a lovely Harvest Gold with an antique microwave above it. I didn't mind that so much as the aroma of gas whenever I used the oven. So BH, sweetie that he is let me pick out this stove and a new microwave. Honestly, the old microwave would not pop micro pop corn.

Look! A grill. I haven't used it yet but it was the deciding factor in the purchase. Also the burners pop completly off for easy cleaning.
The only thing is that it is not a self cleaning oven. Why I didn't notice that before we bought it I can't say. I used to have a self cleaning oven and it was a pain. It heated up the kitchen to an unbearable level and stunk. So I don't think I'll really miss that. I just assumed all ovens were self cleaning these days. Who knew?
Thanks Ragus for jump starting me. I got a new computer the very next day. But, I had to reinstall all my programs, reinput all my data, yada yada yada. I'm still not done but I have it pretty much under control.
And then. . . . our receptionist quit today. Yikes! She really has been a huge help for me. Not only does she answer phones and keeps the office open she has shown interest in the bookkeeping as well. So now I will have even less time to fool around on the computer. Drat!

Yeah....glad you're back. Neat coffee machine you have and a great new stove. I'm jealous....I need a new stove really bad but I'm holding out as long as I can and it's still working so...
I love the meme thing...do you eventually find the things you always lose? My husband loses everything every day almost. It amazes me that he can lose things so easily.
Sounds like you need a pug soon. Will you get a puppy or adopt an rescued pug? I am glad I had my two puppies when I did. But I think I'll always adopt an older, needy pug now. I am not good about training a puppy so it's nice to get one that's already been trained somewhat.

Yes, I almost always find my lost things. I will have to tell my car keys story sometime. I think it is an ADD thing or maybe I have too many tasks in my multi-task. Honestly I think the fairies move them.
I do miss my puggie Frank. I visit him as often as I can. X has custody of all dogs at this time. (3 dogs, only 1 pug) BH loves dogs but I live in his house and he is not ready yet for the commitment it will take.
We want an outie, like a big watch dog type dog and then I will want a pug. I think that I will not adopt. 2 of my other dogs were rescues and they are wonderful dogs. It is possible that when X moves I will get the big dog. Frank will stay with him, darn it.
That's got to be so hard when you split up and someone takes the custody. Unlike human children, the needs and rights of animals can't be placed! A lady gave us a pug one time that she needed to give up because it was too much for her. But the lady came to see us and the pug and the pug just cried and cried for her when she left. It broke my heart. We had to give the pug back to her because the pug started being very mean to our pugs and we couldn't get any peace. She took her back and found her a home with no other doggies...just a mama to spend time with her.
